At Marathon Immigration
Ms. Ravneet Kaur
Ms. Ravneet, Founder and Director of Marathon Immigration Services immigrated to Canada as an international student and completed her Graduate Studies in Master of Chemical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon. During her academic journey, she was actively involved in various diverse volunteer programs, including the International Friendship Program (IFP), PCAS, International Christianity Program (ICP), SIMFC, Saskatoon Food Bank and open-door society. Her extensive volunteer experience both in Canada and India has provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges and struggles faced by immigrants and mainly students.
Ms. Ravneet also holds a Degree in Elementary and Secondary Education from the University of Alberta and has completed numerous government projects and contracts in public education and reporting about the challenges faced by immigrant and Refugee students in public education across Alberta and Northern British Columbia. She collaborated with many committed, certified and professional educators that she truly admires in her profession.
In addition to her expertise in immigration consulting, Ms. Ravneet holds a Child Care Certification (Level 3 – Supervisor) from the Alberta Government and possesses valid Early Childhood Education (ECE) certifications in British Columbia and Ontario. Her diverse background and commitment to inclusive practices enhance her ability to support clients of all communities and in various facets of their immigration journey.
As an active and proud member of various government associations in Canada (ATA, BCTF, RECE, BECE, Alberta Education), Ms. Ravneet has gained valuable and impactful experience living within and engaging with Indigenous communities that made her more resilient to thrive and hence giving back to the community with full dedication and empathetic approach. She is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, anti-racism embracing every unique culture, language, and identity and hence believes in building client relationships throughout the immigration process.
With expertise in Canadian immigration regulations, Ms. Ravneet brings a selfless and empathetic approach to her work, expertly providing tailored advice on the most suitable immigration programs for foreign nationals seeking to move to Canada. Her qualifications and in-depth knowledge position her as a highly experienced consultant, dedicated to helping clients achieve their goal.
Before moving to Canada as an international student, Ms. Ravneet completed her thesis-based Master’s in (Hons) Chemistry and her Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) at esteemed institutions in India.
